Oz Is Coming…

Oz is coming...

Dr. Oz of Z-Industries is my new Novella coming out this fall. I’m excited, because I love this story. I hope you will, too. :)

First, a little about the story:

Lyman B. Frank leaves band practice one dark and stormy night. On his way home, a truck runs a red light and smashes into his car. After the horrific accident, Lyman wakes up in a strange, dead world full of terrifying creatures the locals call somnies.

As he searches for some answers, he learns of a man named Dr. Oz that might be able to help him return home. So, he sets out to find him. Along the way, he gains some companions who also seek help from Dr. Oz.

Together, they make their way to Z-Industries, but with malevolent creatures hungry for flesh hot on their trail, can they make it to Dr. Oz in time?

The idea for this story came about a good five years ago, but I never could execute it properly. The science fiction elements never worked out right, but this year, I finally managed to bring it all tightly together in a fresh science fiction thriller. This is my first descent into Sci-Fi, so I hope you have as much fun reading it as I did writing it.

The novella is up for pre-order now with an official release date of October 15, 2015! Click here to learn more about it or pre-order your copy.

Also, if you’re looking for a storyteller worth reading, please check out Dear Hearts by Ericka Clay, which debuts for pre-order September 9, 2015! Click here to learn more!

A snip from the author of Dear Hearts: “This book canvasses a lot of complex issues like parenting, mental illness, alcoholism, homosexuality, infidelity and marriage. But my hope is that it does so in a way that will remind you, Dear Reader, that love and understanding has never failed to heal a broken heart.”

To me, it sounds like a whole lot of good shit that’s quite relevant to today’s issues. Based on things I’ve read from Ericka so far, I look forward to reading Dear hearts, and I hope you, fellow readers, will, too. Once it’s out, I’ll post a review for anyone interested but unsure. :) I’m sure it’ll be an excellent read, though!

With all that shameless promoting out of the way, we now return to our regularly scheduled programming!
